metal detector
New Product: RFID Conveyor System M-TR150
Dimensions: 1250 mm (length) × 760 mm (width) × 960 mm (height)
This conveyor system, based on a new concept and incorporating both customer requirements and cutting-edge technology, is equipped with an RFID reader. Thanks to an advanced RFID reader and a newly developed antenna, the system offers improved reading accuracy, regardless of the orientation of the RFID tags.
Furthermore, the data captured can be exported in CSV or other file formats.
The system can also be integrated with a needle detector, allowing for the management of RFID tag data for items that have passed needle inspection.

High performance ultra-compact metal detector PROBE
"PROBE" is a highly reliable, ultra-compact metal detector developed for enhanced security.
Its superior compact design allows for discreet use during inspections.
With high metal detection capability, it accurately detects almost all
metallic hazardous materials.
Its power-saving design allows for approximately one month of use on a single AAA alkaline battery, making
it suitable for a variety of purposes.

PROBE M-10 Series Main Unit (M-10H/M-10L)
High-speed sensor (MS-1K) / Low-speed sensor (MS-2L) / Opposed-type sensor
(MS-50A)
The PROBE M-10 is designed for use in combination with sensors from the
MS series.
Signals received by the sensor are displayed via a 20-point bar graph, and alarm thresholds can also be set directly on this bar graph.
The front panel allows for the configuration of detection setpoints, selection
of LED display modes, toggling the buzzer on or off, and adjusting the LED brightness.
The unit features external outputs (open-collector) for operation status
and detection signals, as well as an external input (open-collector) for
a reset signal.

The PROBE M-10H is designed for high-speed applications—such as those involving paper or film—at speeds up to 1,000 m/min. It features a newly developed, high-response amplifier.
The PROBE M-10L is designed for low-speed applications, such as fabric inspection machines, operating at speeds of 100 m/min or less. It offers enhanced resistance to induced noise.
Sensor MS Series
All models are capable of detecting steel balls as small as φ0.5 mm and feature vibration resistance, allowing for direct mounting onto machine frames.
Additionally, the sensor length can be customized to suit your machinery.

This is the industry’s first sensor designed for high-speed applications, capable of handling speeds of 1,000 m/min.
Items to be inspected are passed in contact with the sensor surface; it is primarily suited for thin materials—such as paper or film—with a thickness of 5 mm or less.

This sensor is designed for relatively low-speed applications (100 m/min or less).
The object to be inspected must pass in contact with the sensor surface; it is primarily suited for thin materials, such as rolls of fabric, with a thickness of 5 mm or less.

This is a through-beam type sensor designed for thick objects.
Items to be inspected are passed through the gap between the sensor units; with a clearance height of 50 mm, it can be used to inspect objects up to approximately 30 mm in thickness.

Handy, high-sensitivity needle detector (Taldy)
This lightweight, compact, and easy-to-use metal detector is useful in
a variety of situations, such as detecting
broken needles mixed in with sewn products, nails in food, or needles left
on seats in public transport.
Its lightweight and compact design makes it easy for women to use, and
its energy-saving design allows
for approximately two months of use on two AA alkaline batteries.
Furthermore, its wide sensor enables efficient metal detection.
